Project Scope: Featuring: APL 2000-290 Automatic Product Loader; IP 350ED Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder; and 420ED Driven Discharge System Operation: The proposed system consists of (2) high speed web tipping system. The system will start with an operator loading the APL 2000-290 Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity. The APL will supply a continual feed of product into the in feed hopper of the MFT IP 350ED Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder as the products are fed out. The products will be separated in the in feed hopper of the feeder by the vacuum feed belts and rotating stripper wheel action. As the products are fed through the discharge of the feeder they will be aligned to the repeat of your web and placed into the Driven Discharge. The products will then be fed into the MFT 420ED Driven Discharge assembly. The driven discharge assembly will be equipped with the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to provide accurate product placement onto your web. Once a photo eye senses a black registration mark on the side of your web the system will place a product. A motor driven pressure roller will aid the transfer from the feeder to the web to ensure accurate product placement. System Notes: -The proposed system is to be an "exact duplicate" based on Freedom Graphis WO2022114 purchased in 2022 -The 90° degree APL will be over the operator controls of the feeder Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test two (2) product per system. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is formal quote for a duplicate system to the units ordered in 2022 for the EXACT same products. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Options Available: -See MFT Representative.
