Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 250 XED IP3 Friction Feeder and HDSR System Operation: The operator loads the product into the infeed hopper of the feeder. Upon receiving a signal from the host system, a single product is dispensed. The customer will handle the product after dispensed. System Notes: -Conveyor height is 30" per Sales -The customer has existing MFT Feeders Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is formal and having ran the product at MFT -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
Notes: WO2026028 TPC Packaging Solutions (Gary) MRD = 6-8 weeks AO -sent 3/17 Testing Samples - 3/10 requested by Sales PM Schedule - Done Sample In - 3/30 Video sent for Approval - 3/30 ___________________________ 3/31: Customer has approved to Ship 3/30: Video of stack height (mx. 195 products) sent to Sales for approval 3/25: QA Completed - Was still in Production, but moved to integration for max stack height still - JL; Feeder is set up and awaiting testing products to determine maximum stack height as requested by customer; Video will be completed once testing samples are received; Should get paid on Friday -KSJ 3/24: initial product set-up is completed - just need testing samples due any day to provide/determine maximum stack height -KSJ 3/23: No APL to be added at later date; need video; need ship to payment 3/19: still no work on APL from Gary; completed 2nd burn in. 3/18: Djibouti is working on and in burn in #2 3/16: All jobs are pulled and in Production. -RC 3/9: down payment in; 3/4: Made changes to WO, see notes, and moved to PROC - HML ; just sent invoice to payment 3/4: sent to Hunter for second review-KSJ
