Project Scope: Featuring: Qty 2 Systems -MFT IP 250SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder; APL 2000-290 Automatic Product Loader and Straddle Mount The operator loads the product onto the Automatic Product Loader (APL) which presents the products at 90° to the feeder. As the feeder feeds the products the APL replenishes the stack. Upon detecting a passing base product, the feeder will accurately place the product onto your base product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. System Notes: -The customer will provide the feeder trigger signal -The feeders' base mount will be at the minimum height of 40" -The feeders discharge height must be provided with the order to insure compatibility Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is formal for CR - 80 cards. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Optional items: - Siko Feeder Adjustment to provide a readout of the stripper wheel height adjustment and the upper discharge. - Product index support to provide a scaled readout on the support curve. - Stack light to show machines status from a glance. - Product Pneumatic Shaker to actuate the stack as they are fed. - Low Product Sensor and bracket to provide a low product warning (stack light required for visual display). - Spare Parts Kit
