Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 550 IP3 SS WD XED friction feeder **Wash Down motors are due in April 2026 so delivery could be affected if OEM is late** System Operation: The feeder will gently separate the corrugate for an inclined stack and will transfer them one at a time onto the 375mm long discharge of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly with Diamond Support plate is used to support the stack of product from the back as they are fed. The feeder is signaled to feed a sheet into a customer supplied and integrated tray. MFT will provide a back feeder status using a 10m Standard Interface Cable assembly. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is formal having tested these samples in past projects. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
