Project Scope: Featuring: Two (2) MFT 350 IP3 WD XED Stainless Steel Feeders System Operation: The product is loaded into the Feeder Magazine. The BCA host machine will send a signal for product to be fed perpendicular to flow into clam shells traveling on an existing transport. The Feeder separates the product from an inclined stack in the infeed magazine of the feeder transferring the sheets one at time into the discharge of the feeder. The feeder once signaled to feed a sheet into a clamshells, provides feeder status using a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. System Notes: -The feeder will be equipped with Stainless steel cases, hex head fasteners, connectors, a wash down motor, and cables to accommodate wash down. -The MFT 350 WD Friction feeder uses a stainless steel case to allow for cleaning with water, steam, chemicals, or a mixture of them. -The customer must mount and integrate the feeder and controls enclosure as proposed Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test four (4) products per feeder. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "budgetary" based on not having complete products and/or label for testing or Engineering review -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
