Project Scope: Featuring: (2) MFT HWD 600 Hygienic Wash Down Feeders w/ (2) Hygienic APL 2000-490 Automatic Product Loaders Upon receiving a signal from the standard interface cable, the HWD 600 Hygienic Wash Down Feeder gently separates products from a supported inclined stack and transfers them one at a time onto the discharge of the feeder. Products exit the feeder discharge onto the conveyor of the Texwrap machine. The hygienic APLs are used for optimal stack height and increased in-feed magazine capacity. System Notes: -One APL will come in from the left (mechanical) side of the feeder and one will come in form the right (electrical) side of the feeder in between 90 degrees and inline (estimated about 45 degrees) -The system is configured and quoted for round products only. -A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly provides rigid support for the stack. -With the Hygienic Remote Keypad Assembly, the feeder that has the APL coming in over the right side can be enabled/disabled, displays status, allows user to clear a fault, load and save programs, and change feeder settings. -Both feeders are mounted on Heavy Duty Stands on Rollers for mobility, with each Automatic Product Loader secured to the feeder stand with removable pins. -The feeders are made of 304 stainless steel and meet IP 66 or better, NEMA4X Standard, with self-contained computer controllers for precise product placement and a 1200 watt wash-down brushless servo motor. -Standard Interface Cable Assembly to be 150ft long -The estimated feed dispense height is 34" and lug spacing is estimated to be 20". Notes: -This proposal is considered "formal" based feeding the EXACT same samples as Schwan's existing four MFT 600 HWD Hygienic Friction Feeders -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product PER FEEDER. If additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeders with the existing conveyor. -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Client’s equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -MFT is not providing customer on-site Training or Installation Assistance with this proposal (proposed separately). Options: -Low product detect sensor assembly (one sensor and one bracket required per feeder if optioned)

APL bed is "offset" by 2-3mm causing all shafts to be out of level by 2-3mm including the motor and idlers and nose and tail. will run to determine if this issue is critical or not. expect belt to skew. 3/10: All jobs are pulled and in Production. -RC 2/23: Feeder jobs are pulled and in Production. -RC 2/19: Susie to pull feeder 2/10: Worm shaft needs to be figured out - use demo unit 2/9: PROC on schedule 1/21-26: All on order 1/19: ME has washer solution and completed 1/15: ME needs to come up with washer solution (Washer / O-ring combination?) 1/14: waiting on parts 1/9-12: ok 1/6: correcting mistake and getting back into groove 1/5: ordering parts 12/31: ordering parts 12/29: no change 12/22: Changed top roller from #4024660 to #4024665. -RC 12/22: shafts ordered today and take 10 weeks; Motor SS375 in January 2026; check against JR Automation/Nestles Feeder WO2023129 / 9776121 (per Peter); look to see what has been ordered to date (4024665); 12-19: checked in testing samples and can be found at BRWO on pallet -KSJ 12/18: jobs created working on parts 12/15-17: Russ working on 12/12: updated Work Order and sent to Procurement- KSJ 12/10: moved to Work Order 12/9 (Joel); need to update WO 12/9: approval of design and guards need slots for solids to pass through 12-8: received approved drawing.
