Project Scope: Featuring: 8" Impresso Labeler, 4" Loose Loop Print and Apply and split conveyor. System Operation: The products will be transported onto the split conveyor, by the customer, and conveyed towards the first label applicator. A product sensor detects the product, a pre-printed label is dispensed, and the 'zero crush' roller completely wipes the label down onto the top exposed surface of the product. The product continues down the conveyor where it will pass between a split conveyor opening. The second label applicator will print, dispense and wiped a second label onto the bottom surface of the product. The finished products will be handled by the Chad's Pizza as they exit MFT's conveyor. System Notes: -Both labelers will use a encoder controller to place the product accurately should the proposed conveyors speed be changed -Product flow is left to right when facing the labelers controls -Conveyor height is 36" ±2" -The product runs down the center of the conveyor Labeler Note: -MFT assumes that the customer has pre-qualified both the label material and the product for compatibility -Typical placement accuracy is ±2mm to ±3mm and is exclusive of product and/or label variations -Label supply roll = 8-20" OD x 3" ID Core -The paper label liner must be free of cuts, nicks and deep die-line cuts Thermal Printer Notes: -MFT will test the unit by simply printing the word "text" onto the print area to prove functionality only. -MFT is not providing the Printer software with this proposal -MFT assumes that the customer has pre-qualified both the label and ribbon for compatibility -MFT is not responsible for smudging, smearing and print quality due to incompatibility of the label and thermal ribbon -The customer is responsible for the creation of all print formats -The customer will supply the approved thermal ribbon -The label print time can affect the throughput of the system Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product with two (2) labels. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is budgetary pending review the of the printed labels -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Options Available: - Spare Parts Kit.

Craig wiring diagram to Engineering/EE folder -KSJ 12/8: sent video to Sales/Jim for customers approval to ship on Thursday; shipping method TBD -KSJ 12/8: 3 products are set up; Thermal printer stops working; check for static by Ryan -DONE 12/5: Running both top and bottom heads; Ryan create print file and set up that rotary sensor for the Loose Loop; 12/4: Ryan wiring the Loose Loop into IMP III; Top label applicator is dialed in; 12/3: Moved from Production to Integration - JL 12/3: Pushing into INT right now to be set up 12/2: Loose Loop is almost complete - mount and burn in today; 12/1: top labeler is mounted; bottom Loose Loop to completed today and start burn; going with one (1) encoder with split (Ryan to help) 11/26: Mounting top labeler; 11/25: IMP III top labeler to mounted and burn in today; Wednesday Kevin will set up top labeler only; 11/24: Product Samples are in (12 total) and saved photo and updated product specifications; print file sent to use -KSJ 11/20: Shawn uncrated the RLC portion; Josh has some work done on labeler; all labels are in now, photo taken, specifications recorded and email sent out; still NEED print file for bottom label 11/19: Josh is working on in-between QA and check outs; sent email about missing bottom labels that are late 11/18: some of the labeler assemblies done- Josh to start after QA stuff 11/17: Platting in inspection. 11/13: all pulled and some parts in plating needed to be checked in and processed 11/11-11/12: All jobs are pulled and in Production; RL Craig arrived last week; Shwan to rull out of crate and move to PROD when time permits -RC 11/6-11/10: Susie still needs to complete the pull - plating parts are in -still in process 11/5: 8" RH labeler pulled -RC 11/5: once parts arrive pull labelers; 10/27-10/29-11/3: parts in plating and parts coming in 10/2--10/16-10/20: all parts on order; 9/25-9/29-9/30-10/1: fully released and ordering parts 9/24: check with Jay to see if all on order; Voltage 110VA 1PH confirmed 9/23: just completed Order Ack; set ship date; and sent to Jim; reached out to RLC for Electrical requirements 9/22: Created 14" unwind plate (P/N: 2490606). - EPW 9/22: Sent to ME to replace p/n2490604 Unwind Plate 20" with a 14" Unwind Plate for bottom Labeler (Loose Loop only) to minimized the conveyor height; updated financials accordingly; updated K17 in work order excel spreadsheet; -KSJ Russ completed - parts to be order yet 9/18: Reviewed WO and moved to PROC - HML 9/18: Payment in!
