Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder System Operation: The feeder separates each product (leaflet) out of the infeed magazine and into the feeders discharge. A start sensor detects the leading edge of the carton in the host system conveyor. The feeder then dispenses a single product into the open carton, flat upon the blister as it travels down your conveyor System Notes: -Perrigo supplied URS "Plant 7, 410 Line Leaflet Dropper" -The feeders magazine allowed for 300-325 products total and please note the stack was leaning pretty good at this height due to the folds in the product. MFT does not guarantee product stack height due to operator setup and product quality playing a role in what can be achieved. -An in-line APL will provide increased loading capacity to the system. -The controls of the feeder and APL are proprietary PC based controls. -Consumables have not been quoted as the configuration of the machine would be determined after the order is received. -The equipment is quoted FOB shipping terms -The system will run on single phase power and a transformer will not need to be provided per the customer. -Taller flap of the carton is opposite from the feeder. -The gap between cartons is 12" -Product flow is left to right when facing the APL (if purchased) and Feeder controls -The approximate dispense height is 41". Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -One (1) Day Machine Acceptance is included with this proposal. Notes: -Project drawing (with no guarding) -This proposal is formal having tested all products. -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
