Project Scope: Featuring: Upgrades to your existing system which would include adding a bander on cell #4, modifying guides for 6mm belts, and belt wear compensation. This quote assumes that Shutterfly will remove the belt guides, ship them to MFT for modification, and then re-install the belt guides and new 6mm belts (Shutterfly to supply belting material). Set Up and Approval Note: -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is formal having tested all products for the main line and based on having lanes 1 - 3. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Options Available: -Please consult your MFT Representative

NO Money ! 10/8: crate here today; need to get paid and into pay run today per Matthew; ship today - ship no matter what Wednesday 10/6-10/7: crate is due 10/8; Peter reviewed system, and we need ship some extra 80/20 (Tony to get ready); payment required and Mike E to follow up on 10/2: no update 10/1: Needs to install one door and white rollers; 9/30: Bander and 80/20 frame complete; white rollers are missing and Jay to get resolved; unwind need to be installed; 9/25-9/29: October 13 to be onsite at SFLY; 9/24: Bander main mounting plate is in; Bander is through customer and should be here in 2-3 working days; Matthew made good progress on drives, but DD enclosure is packed full so where to mount??? Cable lengths for some are close. **Window for install is Oct 13th....will we be ready to assemble and ship everything?** 9/23: Greg is updating schematic for safety's - couple of wires to be removed; Matthew installed 2.5kW drives; 9/22: No tracking number; 9/18: Bander no tracking number; place orders for the drives to be drop shipped to SFLY (no confo date yet) 9/17: quote for inverter drive sent to Matthew and should have PO today; tracking number for Bander needed; mounting plate should be here today 9/16: no updates; check with Matthew today 9/15: All 80/20 -done; will ship today 9/15; additional charges or updating of PO maybe required for additional work (upgrade drive is one item). 9/11: All jobs are pulled and in Production. -RC 9/11: Susie pulling job; Shawn is cutting 80/20 now; Darren/Matthew system is overloading drive #1 (ATC1) - update to follow; need to watch Darrens time; Bander to ship date to MFT; 9/10: Matthew is still struggling with some items but need to change discharge belt; count is off and maybe some overlapping of cards; Peter offered to go but he wants to try some things first. Spare Parts damaged roll needs to be replaced; Bander should be leaving! 80/20 to be cut yet; missing two parts; Susie to pull 9/9: Darren has updated software and SLFY did not change the discharge belts (software was changed to accommodate); PLC need 1ms and some needs 5ms updates - update periods to be corrected; Bander to send quote to ship to Mike E 9/8: No so good at SFLY per Peter - installation of belts was not right and was a struggle; on track no; did not qualify software since behind after Peter fixed; Mike to find out of Bander shipped; Lindsay to verify if we can invoice service trip #1; Plate should be in before 9/18 per Russ 9/4: o EE – Greg B working on Programming/Darren; Band-All responded o Band-All: ship date 9/08 (Mike E) ? prior to ship invoice sent to MFT (2 weeks prior to ship) -PAID o All guarding in o Going to do install in 2 separate trips ? Peter booked trip to SFLY 9/3-5 ? Bander will be the second service trip o Peter going there 9/3 o Parts 7/24: ordering parts; belt guides should arrive shortly for larger belts (6mm) - machine parts from Shutterfly 7/17: working on currently (per Russ) 7/14: Excel spreadsheet had a "#" in the name breaking the link (Shane fixed); added ATC Sensor Assembly per ME (Joel) to the WO and to the financials; sending to Procurement -KSJ 7/10: ME working on it. Darrin will need to do programming. 6/19: bander is on order 6/12: Got down payment today. ACH sent to Bandall today. 6/5: No updates. We know which bander we need; Need to verify cable lengths; Bander "on order" but waiting for down payment to pay Bandall; Added "ship to" address per PO #4500108857 and method TBD; 6/4 HML: Moving to ME
