Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 350XED Friction Feeder. System Operation: The feeder separates and feeds your products from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. Abco will provide a timed start signal based on the speed of their line. The system will be equipped with a 90° degree APL, over the electrical side of the feeder, to provide increased loading capacity. System Notes: - The feeder will be mounted onto a height adjustable stand on rollers. - The stand will have spacer blocks on the feeder to angle the feeder 5 degrees. - The estimated APL belt height is at 57-5/8" - The estimated dispense height of the feeder - Needs to be confirmed. - The APL side guide markings for load height are approximately 47mm off the surface of the belt for the 0.7mm thick product and 100mm of the surface of the belt for the 1.5mm. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is formal having tested the single product submitted. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Options Available: - Accutipping Speedmatch for encoder based placement onto a conveyor with full control as discussed with Abco. - Product Pneumatic Shaker to actuate the stack as they are fed. - Siko Feeder Adjustment to provide a readout of the stripper wheel height adjustment and the upper discharge. - Product index support to provide a scaled readout on the support curve. - Low Product Sensor and bracket to provide a low product warning (stack light required for visual display). - Stack light to show machines status from a glance. - Spare Parts Kit

Still short a couple parts. Prior to ship payment mailed yesterday. 6/11: Moved from Production to Integration. Still have 2 shortages: PN 2036000 Rear Support Plate 25 150 95 Ship Date 6/26 & PN 2400695 Stripper Wheel Guard Ship Date 6/24. pm 6/5: Feeder in 2nd burn-in, stand is built. Need to build APL. pm 6/3: All jobs are pulled and in Production. -RC 5/29: Jobs are processed. Need to get one part on order. Stripper wheel guard due on 6/24. 5/22: WO has been twice reviewed and moved to ME for guarding design; INT to make guard and not ME -KSJ 5/15: Need to check on this project. 5/8: Testing samples are in. Drawing is to procurement. 5/1: ME (Joel) completed ME work and moved to Work Order Review -KSJ 5/1: Working on it in ME. Hope to release from ME beginning of next week. 4/24: In ME after Plastikon. 4/24: Order Ack Letter sent to Sales -KSJ 4/23: Down Payment received; 4/21: added product to project; updated notes, product location and qty. of products; 4/17: 2nd review of Work Order Excel; Added P/N4199000 Qty 2 to financials since Jim included in WO Excel; moved to ME for custom part requirements; added notes about envelope windows to product sample notes; 4/17: Reviewed WO added notes, Kevin will review and move to procurement. - HML 4/16 Jim released WO
