Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder System Operation: The feeder will separate and feed your products from a stack. Once the start sensor detects a passing lug, the feeder using the Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback, adjusts the speed and delay based on the speed of the host conveyor. System Notes: - Conveyor height and width of existing conveyor needs to be provided to confirm the 'standard' quoted stand will work for the application. - The MFT provided encoder must be mounted by the customer - The MFT provided start signal sensor must be mounted by the customer - Added notes if a transfer device is needed Texwrap will supply. - Testing accuracy was well within the requested tolerance (± 0.25") - Products are not compatible with double detection Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is formal having the one (1) product submitted. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance

Trying to get motor fitted. 6/26: In mechanical engineering. 6/19: Signed drawing but needs APL motor in layout; 80/20 versus 30mm rods: need another drawing to finalize (Jim) 6/12: Jim sent customer drawing on Tuesday. Jim will check in with them. 6/5: ME trying to figure out APL. Joel called a meeting for Monday. 6/3: moved to ME to issue customer APL (see P1 in Work Order -ref: p/n 4720469) -KSJ moved ship date to 18 September per Jim Iler - KSJ 5/29: Need to process new workorder for APL. Will get done today. 5/22: Waiting for Sales - ship or add APL -KSJ 5/14: per Jim Iler "Texwraps customer has paused their project and will resume on 6/5" thus moved the ship date -KSJ 5/13: PN 2299909 CANTILEVER MOUNT BAR 250 WIDE will be sent out on 5/14 for plating.pm 5/8: PN 2299909 CANTILEVER MOUNT BAR 250 WIDE is ready to send out for plating.pm 5/8: In production waiting on parts. Waiting on material to come in for shop to make the parts. pm 4/24:Machine Build in process, waiting on shortages. pm Sent Order Acknowledgement Letter to Sales (Jim Iler) -KSJ 4/23: Jobs are pulled and brought to Production. -RC 4/21: Added testing sample information; Testing samples are no where to be found (should be BRJ1) 4/17: 2nd Review completed and moved to Procurement -KSJ 4/17: Got down payment today.
