Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 750XED Friction Feeder with Impresso Redundant Labeling System. System Operation: The friction feeder separates and feeds your products from a stack in the infeed hopper. The products are transferred onto the fixed speed labeling conveyor, with consistent repeat using our Accutipping repeat controls. The product then travels towards the MHS label applicators. A product sensor detects the presence of each product and sends a signal to the label applicator, indicating that the product is present for labeling. As the product moves forward, the label is wiped top-down onto the product. Once labeled, the product is transferred to the end of the conveyor. System Notes: -This system as quoted is an redundant system. Labeler #1 is the "main" labeling unit and Labeler #2 is the "secondary" labeling unit. Should the "main" labeling unit run out of labels, the "secondary" labeler will then take over labeling. -MFT to feed and apply two labels on the bags at the handles' edge. -The system will feature a fixed speed conveyor Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test two (2) products with two (2) labels on each product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide a one (1) eight-hour day Machine Acceptance with this proposal Notes: -This proposal is "formal" based on the information as provided. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -This proposal does not include a system drawing but is available as an option -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Labeler Notes: -MFT assumes that the customer has pre-qualified both the label adhesive and the product for compatibility -Typical placement accuracy is ±3mm to ±6mm for this application -Label supply roll = 8"-20" OD x 3" ID Core -The paper label liner must be free of cuts, nicks and deep die-line cuts to be successfully applied at the speeds as quoted -Product flow is left to right per the operator facing the controls of the feeder and labeler. -Discharge height is approx. 34-36"

Moved from QA to Shipping - JL 7/28: Video sent to sales, QA done, INT documentation done. added video links below. - HML 7/27: completed validating the system and capturing runoff video. - HML 7/24: testing Pratt labels; proving out HSM and vacuum box; NEW labels in on Monday 7/22: moved to 8/21 based on not having new labels to test and schedule visit- KSJ 7/17: bearing for 750 feeder due Monday, one labeler to be done this afternoon; pallet of bags received 7/15; maybe label change? (per Gary); more labels to be derermined 7/10: Feeders in burn in and then going to Integration. Production working on the rest of the system. Ryan working on wiring. 7/1: All jobs are pulled and in Production. -RC 6/26: Starting to pull. 6/19: No change; frame delayed 1-2 weeks 6/12: No change. 6/5: No change. Bags samples in next week. 5/29: No change. Moved date to 7/31. Four rolls of labels have been received. 5/22: Waiting on parts. 5/15: Everything processed. 5/8: Everything is processed and majority on order. Waiting to get quote from Joel on conveyor. 5/7: Replace 5:1 Gearboxes on unwind and Rewind with 9:1 Gearboxes - HML 5/6: updated WO with new part number from ME - HML 5/1: Everything is entered into Syspro. Still in ME. 4/24: Still in ME. Should be released to procurement by tomorrow. 4/17: Received order acknowledgement and final drawing. Sent back signed drawing. In ME. 4/11: Added signed layout from engineering to project docs file. - GS 4/10: Working on layout in ME. 4/3: Moved to ME design completion and new part numbers; WO will need to be reviewed again upon ME completion; 4/3: Just added the signed drawing for direction to the project docs -GS 4/1: Reviewed/changed WO to match the quote. - HML Please move to EE next to have a EE BOM created
