Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 350XED Stainless Steel Wash-Down Feeder. System Operation: The feeder separates and feeds your sheets from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. The sheets are programmed to stop with the sheet sticking out a bit, which is programmed by the operator. The operator then manually removes the sheet and the feeder automatically advances another sheet. A start sensor mounted in the discharge of the feeder detects when the sheet has been removed by the operator. System Notes: -The feeders will be mounted by the end customer. -Due to the thin nature of the products the maximum stack height is product dependent and minimal. -Cabling coming in/out of the wash-down case will come in from the bottom of the case. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having tested all products submitted. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
Notes: WO 2025033 Detroit Sausage (My Packaging Guy) MRD = 8-12 weeks with Video Approval and MPG visit 8/19: Redlines complete - EPW 6/26: QA Completed on both feeders, moving from QA to Sales - waiting for final approval from Jim to ship - JL Approved to ship per Jim 10:02am -KSJ 6/24: INT completed to post visit punch list and will move the feeders to QA. We are waiting for formal Approval to ship - HML 6/19: MPG/Chris in on Tuesday; Ready to go in Integration - side guide and rod heights in question...may cut down 6/12: Set up in Integration. Question on height of side guides and rod. Do they need to be cut down? Jim will check on it after shooting a video to share. They are coming in Tues. 6/24. 6/9: Moved from Production to Integration - JL 6/5: Ryan is hoping to have both enclosures done today. pm 5/29: Enclosures are due today. 5/22 - Motor mount in inspection. Waiting for enclosures - due end of next week. 5/21: 1 feeder is built, 2nd feeder has been started, but is short the motor mount(5/21 in Inspection) and both feeder are short the control boxes due in 5/29. pm 5/15: No change 5/8: Waiting for a couple shortages. 5/5: The rep is going to come in for runoff. Still want a video to share with the end customer. - JI 5/1: Same as 4/24. Waiting for shortages to build. Some parts are in inspection & last parts due to ship 5/20 & 5/29. pm 4/24: Job is pulled. Waiting for shortages to build. 4/22: Jobs are pulled, parts are back from Passivation, brought to Production. -RC 4/21: WO2025033 Detroit Sausage (MPG): Order Acknowledgement sent to Sales • Samples have been requested • Ship date estimate is 6/16/2025 (will try sooner since Pratt and ProAmpac will conflict) 4/17 - Job has been pulled to send out for passivation; enclosure out to 5/29 4/17 KSJ: added custom Electrical Enclosure part number #2109108 to financials 4/10: Processed, short some parts. Hoping to move ship date up to May. 4/7 HML: Reviewed WO, sent to procurement. 4/7 KSJ: sent Work Order for 2nd review to Hunter 4/4 KSJ: can not find test samples; ship date estimate 6/27 (MAY change once Procurement gets part dates);
