Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 250ED Friction Feeder. The feeder separates and feeds the product from the stack in the infeed hopper. A single product is dispensed once the start sensor detects a lug on your existing conveyor. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -One (1) Day Machine Acceptance is included with this proposal. Notes: -This proposal is formal having tested for the one (1) product submitted. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Options Available: - Upgrade to HCP discharge to provide a smaller diameter nose roller at the exit. - HDSR 1000-250 Stand on Rollers with casters and leveling pads. - Cantilevered Stand on Rollers (standard dimensions, other dimensions possible but may require an upgrade). - Product Pneumatic Shaker to actuate the stack as they are fed. - Siko Feeder Adjustment to provide a readout of the stripper wheel height adjustment and the upper discharge. - Product index support to provide a scaled readout on the support curve. - Low Product Sensor and bracket to provide a low product warning (stack light required for visual display). - Stack light to show machines status from a glance. - Spare Parts Kit

Need Down and final payments 3/26: Moved from Production to Integration - JL 3/20: Working on it in Production. Could go next week if we could get payment and approval. 3/18/25 KSJ: added to Excel WO A7 and A18 10mm Belt rack P/N 4154200; estimated ship date 4/15 and will update accordingly once Procurement has released 3/18/25 HML WO review and moved to procurement.
