Project Scope: Featuring: MFT V 250XED Friction Feeder. The feeder separates and feeds your products from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. The start sensor will signal the feeder to feed a product once it is triggered by your system. The signal interface cable will allow you to remotely get machine status. The feeder will be mounted onto a cantilevered stand on rollers. System Notes: - This machine and stand will be configured the same as your previous order under quote 29751-03 (WO 2020167) to feed the same products. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will NOT be setting up the feeder only configuring it the same as WO 2020167 previously sold. Set-ups are available as an option. Notes: -This proposal is formal since NO TESTING needs to be completed. MFT will confirm machine functionality only before shipment. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
