Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 250XED Friction Feeder. The feeder will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed of the hopper once a dry contact is received from your controller via the signal interface cable. System Notes: - Due to the thickness of the products and the number of folds the standard double detection feature doesn't work for these products. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -One (1) Day Machine Acceptance is included with this proposal. Notes: -This proposal is formal having tested all products. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
Notes: Douglas Machine Inc WO 2024109 (MRD = 3-5 weeks) NOTE: Douglas doesn’t want to take the feeder earlier because they are not ready for the machine. They timed the order placement to align to when their machine will be built. They would like it to arrive no later than 11/11 but we can probably ship a week or so earlier. 10/14: shipped and final payment invoiced - KSJ 10/14: Moved from Sales to Shipping. We have approval on the system AND we can ship the unit anytime now.pm 10/10: Moved from QA to Sales for Video Approval. pm 10/10: Waiting on video approval. 10/9: done in INT, MA video added to the WO -HML 10/8: Moved from Production to Integration - JL 10/3: Pulled on 10/2. Next in queue. 9/26: no change 9/19: Order is processed. Just waiting on side labels. Due 10/1 9/18: They would like it to arrive no later than 11/11, but we can probably ship a week or so earlier. JI 9/18 - Reviewed WO and moved to Procurement - HML Added Sales note about ship date -KSJ
