Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP3 350 ED (200mm) Feeder System Operation: The feeder system tips CR 80 Cards onto the base product traveling on a folder gluer machine at a rate of up to 300 per minute. The feeder separates the products from a vertical stack of the infeed hopper of the feeder. Each product is transferred individually onto the discharge of the feeder. The folder gluer feeding the base product applies glue to the base product. The Feeder is signaled to feed a product onto the spot of glued of the product traveling below by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. The feeder 'tip' the CR80 card on product between the pinch point of a top belt assembly on the folder gluer machine to assure a positive transfer. Left and Right Discharge Side Guides will be used to register the products side to side as they travel on the discharge of the feeder. System Note: -The feeder configured with Continuous Motion Accutipping has an encoder with wheel mounted on your base machine to monitor its linear speed. As the speed of the base machine changes, the computer timing compensation package varies the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the tip on CR80 is placed accurately. -The customer must mount the provided product sensor Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is formal based on running a standard CR80 card. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
