Project Scope: Featuring:(2) MFT IP 350XED Friction Feeders. The feeders are being quoted as standard feeders. Iwai has tested the products and verified the standard feeder can feed them. Iwai will provide the mounting, integration, sensors and setup and testing of the machine. Notes: -Iwai has tested the products on their demo machine to confirm they can be fed. -Iwai will provide the start sensors. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT is not providing set-up service per this proposal and the responsibility is on Iwai -MFT will provide the customer photo for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" since Iwai is taking all responsibility for set-up and testing -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
