Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 250 IP3 FXED Friction Feeder The feeder will be mounted onto a straddle stand to feed instruction cards vertically into the open funnel on the Autobag 500 bagging machine. The feeder is equipped with a small guide chute to guide the cards through the opening in front of the bag fill area. To reduce static, a Static Reduction Bar is mounted over the feeder's discharge. A PLC system manages the system, signaling the feeder to feed a card, moving the bucketed conveyor, sealing, and then releasing the filled bag onto a customer-supplied shingling conveyor (not provided for integration). System Notes: -Edgewater Manufacturing is providing their Autobag 500 machine on a mobile cart and their bucketed conveyor to MFT Automation for the upgrade. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "budgetary" based on not having complete products for Engineering review -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT does not include a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
