Project Scope: Featuring: (1) MFT 250 IP3 Friction Feeder w/ XED (372mm) discharge The feeder separates and feeds the top lids to lunch trays. Once the start sensor detects a tub traveling down your conveyor, the feeder dispenses a single product and places it onto the top of the lid. The feeder, using the Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back, accurately applies the product onto the lid. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product per feeder. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" based on running the same products as the previously sold systems. However, products samples are required with order to confirm. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes Waldrop will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
