Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 250 IP3 XED (372MM) Friction Feeder The feeder separates your folded leaflets from a vertical stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder and transports them individually through the discharge of the feeder and into the cartoning machine. A Standard Interface Cable Assembly will allow the Consolidated machine to signal the feeder to discharge the leaflet, and, once complete, the feeder will send back a cycle complete signal to the cartoning machine. System Note: -Feeding folded paper booklet, long edge leading, into the infeed of a Consolidated Cartoning machine at a rate of up 100 per minute. -This system is a duplicate of Serial #2332-10748, provide by Consolidated Technology. Any revisions made to the previous versions of any components will be updated with this order Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" based on running the exact same product as previously tested -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
