Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 250 XED Stainless Steel w/ APL 345-1000 WD Automatic Product Loader (90°) A operator orients and loads the Automatic Product Loader (APL) conveyor with soaker pads. The APL feeds the infeed magazine of the feeder as the soaker pads are being fed. Each tray will received two pads at 30 trays per minute. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "budgetary" based on not having complete products for testing or Engineering review -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance

Moved from Sales to Shipping. pm 10/14: still waiting for Approval to Ship ; moved ship date top 10/17 -KSJ 10/9: customer is sending second product for review -KSJ 10/8: Updated HML information to correct PN's on WO. Moved from QA to Sales - Awaiting Video Approval - JL 10/7: Updated the WO to reflect the correct belts, stripperwheels and gearing used for both testing and in the last system. the setup in the WO is what is currently on the system - HML 10/3: Working on it in Integration. Should have video to sales by the end of the day. We should receive prior to ship payment tomorrow. Waiting for crates, should ship next week. 10/1: Moved to EE for Programing -HML 10/1:Moved from Production to Integration JL 9/30: updated product sample information; gave production some samples; samples on Work Order Shelf now -KSJ 9/26: working on in Production 9/19: Waiting on parts from passivation. 9/12: Parts are pulled. Need to send out for passivation. 9/5: Have Susan pull, need to send parts out for passivation. 8/29: Still waiting for a few parts and then need to send out parts for passivation. 8/23 Asked Russ if this job could be pulled to send parts out for passivation.pm 8/22: Have samples from 1st machine still here. Waiting on parts. 8/15: No change 8/8: Waiting on stuff to come in. 8/1: Parts on order. 7/11: Processed, quoting parts 7/2: Swapped WD stack light for SSTL stack light; swapped WD tooled for SSTL mounting; review WO and changed financials to match; sent to procurement; -KSJ 6/27: Kevin will check on status. 6/25: ME. complete 6/20: In ME.
