Project Scope: Featuring:(2) MFT Automation HWD 550 XED WD Friction Feeder The feeder separates the product from an inclined stack and transfers each one into the discharge of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly with Diamond Support Plate supports the stack of products from the back as they are fed. The feeder is signaled to feed a product into a customer supplied, integrated tray and will provide the feeder status using a 10m (33ft) Standard Interface Cable Assembly. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having ran this product before -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
Notes: JLS Automation WO#2024046 (16 weeks) 8/26: JLS arranged shipping and picked up - KSJ 8/22: UL Testing guy was OUT SICK TODAY, Friday morning he should arrive to complete. Crate arriving tomorrow morning. 8/16: Q/A Completed on both feeders - Lease code set to 10/01/2024, Waiting on UL Approval. 8/15: Waiting for video which should be done today. They want weights and dimensions of crate for shipping. UL testing 8/22. 8/13 Added photo of New sample sent by Jennie O -GS 8/9 Samples for testing have arrived, BR2D - GS 8/8 Moved Feeders from Production to integration area for EE to finish. Ryan was notified - JL 8/8: Samples will be shipping today. Then we can run and test and send video for approval. Going to EE today. 8/6: updated photos and sample information. ************** ONLY 4 SAMPLES************* KSJ 8/1: ET wiring boxes. 7/11: Internal parts going out for plating. 6/27: No change. CE testing scheduled 8/21 6/20: No change. 6/13: Received motors. Likely can pull up. Still waiting on other parts. 6/6: No change 5/30: Quoting parts. All under control except control box. Motor not due until end of August. 5/23: Gary will check with Mike to see if everything was reviewed. Thought it was out of sales. 5/16: Finished WO. Need to review and make sure correct. 5/15: Received updated PO and signed quote to change to Washdown 550 units. 5/9: Sent them new paperwork to make changes to order. Changing from a 600 washdown to a 550 stainless steel. 5/2: No change 4/25: No change 4/18: No change 4/11: No change 4/4: Parts on order 3/28: Processed, quoting parts 3/21: Kevin needs to clean up 3/14: Procurement sent back. 3/7: Kevin to clean up 3/5: reviewed Work Order and entered an estimated ship date; PM module and parts in dates will need to be completed when available -KSJ
