Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 550SLD Friction Feeder w/ TTO print roller discharge. The feeder separates and feeds your products from a stack in the in-feed hopper. As they are fed through the discharge, products will be presented to a TTO printer, which will be supplied and setup by Videojet. MFT will mount the printer using Videojet's supplied cross bars and vertical mounts. System Notes: - Due to the product characteristics, the in-feed stack will be minimal. An APL has been optioned out for increased loading capacity, if desired. - Videojet will supply the TTO printer, the product sensor/print trigger, along with the cross rods and vertical mounts. - MFT will mount the printer to the discharge. - Videojet will have a technician come in to setup and print onto the bags. MFT is not responsible for print quality. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having tested all products. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Printer Notes: -The TTO print speed specification is required to determine the actual throughput of the system offered. -MFT will physically mount the TTO Printer and it's encoder only. -MFT is not providing the Thermal Printer (TTO), software or recipe programming with this proposal -The customer is responsible for the creation of all print formats. All formats must be provided for any testing and the machine acceptance. -MFT assumes the customer has prequalified the printer ribbon with the products to be printed upon -MFT is not responsible for smudging, smearing and print quality due to incompatibility of products and printer ribbon

Tech scheduled to be here next week. Crate on order 6/13: Waiting for product. Need ship to address and shipping method. 6/6 Moved to Integration.-PM; updated product and photos for Project-KSJ 6/5: Lots of Rework time for building the discharge up and disassembling time due to Rubber roller print not correct. Had to send roller to shop to be modified and also the discharge brackets had to be modified for the roller. pm 5/30: No change, waiting on roller 5/23: No change, waiting on roller. 5/16: Waiting on a roller. A few weeks out. Roller destroyed when they were making it so need to start over. 5/9: Waiting on a roller. Hoping the part will ship tomorrow. 5/2: No change 4/25: No change. Ship date of 5/6 4/18: Waiting on a few parts. 4/11: In production. 4/4: No change. Last roller due to ship 5/6 3/21: No change 3/14: Processed, quoting parts. 3/12: 4/30 ship date based on estimated last part in 4/11 - may change -KSJ 3/7: quoting parts in Procurement 3/5: received ME drawing with top level BOM; saved in project docs/me folder -KSJ 2/29: In Mechanical. Need to check to see if Joel is done. 2/22: Kevin will call a meeting on this to clarify questions so we can move forward: P/N 4713000 is for an HDSR SLD/TTO mount and we sold a purple frame - need different design to move forward. 2/15: Moved to procurement. Have questions. 2/8: Should be released to procurement hopefully tomorrow. Checking tolerances. 2/1: New order. Waiting for money. Joel doing a minor redesign to accommodate wider product.
