Project Scope: Featuring; MFT250 V3 Feeder XED (372mm Discharge) with Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers. The feeder will cingulate and feed your bagel cards from a stack loaded in the hopper of the feeder and transition it into the belts of the discharge. A product sensor mounted over the conveyor will detect the moving lugs of the host conveyor and dispense the bagel card onto the conveyor. System Note: -No product sensor has been provided and the customer must mount the sensor. Notes: -This proposal is "formal" based on the simplicity of the product -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will NOT set-up any products. Set ups are available as an option -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT does not include a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
