Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 350 HCP3 SLD Friction Feeder; SLD Driven Discharge The operator orients and loads the Tyvek lids into the infeed hopper of the Friction Feeder. The feeder will separate the Tyvek lids and transfer them individually onto the feeder discharge before entering the Driven Discharge. The top of the lids will be exposed for the Bell-Mark Thermal Transfer Printer (Bell-Mark supplied, installed, mounted and integrated) for printing in the vacuum discharge. The printed lids exit the driven discharge into a magnetic catch tray where they are removed by an operator. System Note: -The magnetic catch tray extension designed to accommodate products up to 900mm in length Notes: -This proposal is "budgetary" based on not yet having completed testing or Engineering review -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason, additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is including a layout drawing with this proposal. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Printer Notes: -Print size and location of print on product must be provided prior to order -Estimated throughput is 20 products/minute; however, the TTO print speed specification is required to determine the actual throughput of the system offered. -MFT is not providing the Thermal Printer (TTO), software or recipe programming with this proposal -The customer is responsible for the creation of all print formats. All formats must be provided for any testing and the machine acceptance. -MFT assumes the customer has prequalified the printer ribbon with the products to be printed upon -MFT is not responsible for smudging, smearing and print quality due to incompatibility of products and printer ribbon -The TTO Print time DOES affect the throughput of the system Optional Items: -Spare parts kit

Need to mount static bar and then continue to test. 7/31: Moved system from Production to Integration - JL 7/11: Expecting samples to arrive today. Production has been able to move forward a little. Short a couple parts still. 6/27: Picking rest of the job. Still will be shortages. 6/20: No change 6/13: No change. Feeder pulled and built. 6/6: Picking the feeder. No change otherwise. 5/30: Customer looking for better ship date. July for parts. 5/23: Quoting parts. 5/16: Customer wants to know expected delivery date. Need to make financials match. 5/9: Received approved layout. Need to have a workorder review to move forward. 4/30: Moved from Mechanical Engineering to Sales-JK 4/25: No update. Added ME BOM drawing to the Project Docs\Engineering folder -KSJ 4/18: Received signed drawing. 4/11: No change 4/4: No change 3/28: Customer was purchased by another customer. Waiting for dust to settle to get signed drawing. 3/21: Mike will check on status 3/14: Still waiting for signed drawing from their customer. 3/7: waiting for approval 2/29: Gary reached out to Nate on approval. Have not received it yet. 2/22: Waiting on approval of drawing. 2/15: Asked if we could make it shorter based on feedback from customer. Working with engineering. 2/8: Layout has been provided to Mike and Gary. Mike will check on status of feedback from customer. 2/1: In mechanical engineering. Asked for payment status with no response yet. 1/25: In ME.
