Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 350XLD Friction Feeder, APL 2000-290 Automatic Product Loader, ADT 350XLD Automatic Drop Table, Bander. The feeder separates your products and counts them into batches. The batches are collected in the Automatic Drop Table (ADT). Once the batch count is reached, the product are transferred/dropped into the catch tray. A product pusher the moves the stacked batch into the bander. Sensing the batch in the bander, the bander then applies the banding material around the product. Finished, banded products are then pushed out of the bander onto a shingling conveyor for the operator to process. Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having tested the one (1) product. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval. An in person visit can be optioned -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance

QA is done. 8/6: Moved from Sales to Shipping. pm 8/5: Moved to Sales and waiting on approval to ship; added project photo, photo to project docs and updated sample information -KSJ 8/2: QA is Done 8/1: On verge of getting approval. Hope to get approval today. Hoping to ship ASAP once we get approval. 7/11: Hoping to have final video done today for either approval to ship or approval for FAT. 6/27: Getting video done today. Moved to July. 6/20: Greg B doing some programming. Kevin will check in on updates so we can determine when the customer should come in. 6/13: Progress video to be send today. 6/6: Banding right now. Jim needs to provide customer with estimated date. Jim needs to do daily check-ins with customer until it is done. 5/30 - In Integration / EE. Devin working on code. 5/23: No update known. 5/16: Asked Greg for update on PLC. Ryan thought he would have it mounted by tomorrow. Need to do coding also. Elliot possibly going to work on it. 5/9: Steve made modifications to guarding. Modified bracket. Short one of the cylinders. Don't need to wait for cylinders to run. 5/2: No change 4/25: One shortage left. Everything else built. 4/18: No change 4/11: In production, waiting on shortages. Peter will check on it with Joel. 1/25: Received signed layout drawing from Sales -KSJ In final stages of detailing. Expect to give to procurement next week. Received signed layout on Tuesday. 1/18 - in ME. Adding guarding 1/11: In ME and needs to be reviewed with Peter; bander; Joel and Elliot working on 1/4: Received PO. Now an active order. Waiting for down payment. 12/28: Still working with financing. Should have it in a couple days 12/21: No change 12/14: Working with financing to get PO.
