Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 350 IP3 Friction Feeder with Shrink Wrapping System. The operator manually loads and orients the products into the infeed hopper of the feeder. A heavy duty support curve helps direct the products in the infeed hopper. The feeder uses vacuum belts to separate each product. The separated products are conveyed individually in the feeders' discharge. As the product exits the feeder they are collected into an batch dropper until the desired batch (product count) is completed. A start sensor detects the passing lug of the shrink wrapper conveyor, the batch is "dropped" in-between of the passing lugs. The batched product is then conveyed and sealed via the wrapper. This process continuous for every passing lugs as the wrapper continuously runs. All sealed products will exit the wrapper for an operator to process. *The estimated 'machine ready date' does not include the Holiday schedule and/or the bagger delivery so actual estimate could be longer* System Notes: -Product flow is right to left as facing the wrapper HMI/Operator controls -The bags will exit the wrapper at 33" -The products must be reasonably free of static and may require pre-conditioning Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having tested the products. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product, specifically the 626mm x 89mm bag. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance

Couple punch list items but going well so far. Want to quote a couple minor upgrades. 10/17: Set up bag #3; #4 yet to be completed and then run through testing to get ready for visit 10/24 @ 8am per Jim 10/10: Viking will be here for training 10/14. 10/8: Added Parts and Operations Manual for the F-50 Wrapper into project docs - HML 10/3: Wrapper is uncrated and in place in Integration. EE working on getting safety systems tied together. Trying to schedule training for wrapper for wk of 10/14. 10/1: Garrido Shrink Sleeve system has arrived; Jaime and Integration to inspect tomorrow morning and take photo as crates are opened. -KSJ 9/26: Shrink wrapper shipping tomorrow 9/27; 9/19: Working on it in Integration. Will go as far as possible without wrapper. Film was shipped to Garrido and they will do a quick final run. 9/12: In electrical. 9/9: Moved from Production to EE.pm 9/5: Frame is in production. Working on it in production. All parts are here. 8/29 - Garrido will come in for training. Need to coordinate with internal team and Garrido on when. Garrido on track for mid-September. All parts are available if we want to pull. 8/29: updated product count and batches per minute for bag 7. - JI 8/28: updated project products received at MFT; 2 pallets with 4 different products; sending 1 box (1,008ea) to Garrido for testing purposes; - KSJ 8/22: No change 8/15: Garrido is projecting wrapped to be done in early to mid September. Shipping to us mid to late September. 8/8: No change 8/1: No change. Samples arrived today. 7/11: No change 6/27: Parts on order 6/20: Processed, quoting parts 6/13: Processing in procurement. 6/6: Will get workorder completed and to procurement today. 6/5 - Reviewed WO with Procurement, EE and ME - updating Project page before kicking off to Procurement. MAE 5/30: Ordered wrapper. Need to do final review and release? 5/23: No change 5/16: Still in ME. 5/9: Received signature and reviewed. Need to review with the team and then release. 5/2: Need to review workorder. 4/25: drawing approve (via Jim Iler); 1 week left to complete drawings and then Work Order can be completed and parts be quoted/ordered. Moved SHIP DATE from 10/09 to ESTIMATED 12/20 **WILL FINALIZE SHIP DATE ONCE PARTS ARE ORDERED**. -KSJ 4/30: Joel moved to Sales today. Processed with him that the only difference between the drawing they signed and what he has is that a electrical box was added and interlocks was switched. Setting back to WO review based on discussion with Kevin. 4/18: No change 4/11: In Jim's court. Need more time. 4/4: No update to note from sales 3/28: Just received quote from safety control. Jim will follow up by early next week. 3/21: Just put another quote through today on guarding. 3/14: In sales. Working through guarding. 3/7: Guarding quote going through system. ship date to likely change 2/29: Want to look at guarding. In Jim's court. Needs another few weeks. 2/22: Some discussions with customer on adding some guarding. Need to quote, customer not in a hurry. Moved the ship date due to not having the signed layout -KSJ 2/15: Need signed layout and signed picture of samples. Had a good meeting yesterday. Jim needs a few more weeks to get through it all. 2/8: Jim has meeting with customer this week. Weren't able to meet but left them samples. Waiting for feedback. Elliot thought about a week to finish assuming no changes. 2/1: Elliot working on layout drawing. Jim going to visit them next week to present layout drawing and samples. 1/25: Received signed quote. Waiting for samples to be approved by customer. 1/24 - Received signed quote, Elliot working on high-level design and then layout. 1/18: Still need signed quote. Waiting to get them in queue for a layout. Waiting to see signed off samples. Samples being sent from Miami to Novolex in LA. Todd chasing down signed quote. 1/11: Waiting on signed quote. Wrapper is long lead time. Get signed layout drawing and sign off on samples wrapped 1/4: Waiting on signed quote. 12/28: Received down payment.
