Project Scope: Featuring: Demo model (SN 2039-10186) MFT Automation 350 V3 ED Signature Series Friction Feeder to tip various products onto a Moll Folder Gluer machine. Base products will travel on your existing folder gluer machine. The customer supplied glue machine will apply a "spot" of glue to the base product. The Friction Feeder will separate your products from an inclined stack and will transfer them one at a time onto the discharge of the feeder. The feeder, signaled by the start sensor, will feed the product onto the "spot" glue surface between the pinch point of a customer supplied Pressure Roller Assembly and the base product. The process then repeats for the next product. Feeder Features: -EZ Accutipping Controls; an encoder with wheel mounted on your base machine to monitor its speed. As the speed of the base machine changes, the computer timing compensation package will vary the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the top sheet is placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine. Notes: -MFT to use SN 2039-10186in its current configuration for this proposal -This proposal does not include the set-up and testing of a product. -This proposal does not include a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval. -This proposal does not include a system layout drawing. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal. -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT is not providing mounting, installation and/or integration of the feeders with the existing folder gluer machine and assumes customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility. -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Options Available: -Vacuum Track Assembly consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber can be used to allow the feeder to best grip the products as they are fed. -Discharge Side Guides can be utilized to register the products side to side as they travel on the discharge of the feeder. -A Pneumatic Shaker can be mounted onto the rear support assembly of the feeder to reduce friction between the products as they are fed and to assist with product flow. -Product Set up -Spare Parts Kit -MFT Training and Installation Services
