Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 250SLD HCP Tipping Feeder w/ 90° Automatic Product Loader. The operator loads the leaflets onto the 90° Automatic Product Loader. As the feeder feeds the leaflets, the APL replenishes the stack of leaflets in the hopper. A start sensor detects a passing base product traveling down your existing line, the feeder accurately place the leaflet, adjusting the speed and delay to align with the speed of your conveyor(utilize the Accutipping Controller). System Notes: -The system will be mounted onto an extruded mounting frame. -The feeder will tip the products into your existing top roller tracks on your folder gluer. Notes: -This proposal is offered as "formal" based on customer's familiarity with our machines. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason, additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval. An in person visit is available as an option. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
