Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 550 SLD & Catch Tray The 550 IP3 friction feeder will separate the products from a stack in the infeed and fed one at a time onto the SLD length discharge where a Bell-Mark TSi printer will print a date code. After printing, products will exit the discharge into an adjustable magnetic catch tray. A sensor mounted over the catch tray will pause feeding when full and resume when an operator removes the stack from the tray. The print location is such that it will be between the top belts of the feeder. Bell-Mark will mount and integrate the printer at their location. Notes: -This proposal is "budgetary" based on not having complete products and/or label for testing or Engineering review -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason, additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance. -No system drawing is included Options: -Printer mounting hardware -Spare parts kit
