Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 250 IP3 ED (197mm) Friction Feeder to tip various products up to 200mm wide onto your existing conveyor with consistent repeat using cardline controls at a rate of up to 300 per minute. The Friction Feeder employs advanced technology to separate your products from an inclined stack and transport them individually onto the discharge of the feeder. With the integration of Cardline Controls, the feeder delivers consistent and accurate presentation of cards onto your existing transport system with consistent repeat. System Notes: -Signal lights, power cords, and Allen Wrenches are not included to help reduce the investment required per feeder. -A plug is included to allow Atlantic Zeiser to wire their encoder to the MFT 250 IP3 Friction feeder. -Left and Right Discharge Side Guides (as per AZ Specification) with 250mm long shafts to hold the guides will be used to ensure that the products are straight as they are fed -Cardline software package varies the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the CR 80 cards are placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine and also allows each feeder to be controlled via the serial port Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having a known, tested CR-80 product. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT is not providing a set-up with this proposal -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Optional Items: -Spare Parts Kit: Ensuring you have essential spare parts readily available to minimize downtime. -Low Product Sensor Assembly: A sensor that detects low product levels, alerting you to replenish the stack, preventing interruptions in production. -Vacuum Track Assembly: This assembly consists of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travel over the chamber, providing improved grip for the products as they are fed. -Pneumatic Shaker: By mounting this shaker onto the rear support assembly of the feeder, friction between the products is reduced, ensuring smoother product flow during feeding. -Remote Keypad Assembly: This assembly allows you to position the controls of the feeder in the optimal location for easy access and operation. -MFT customer on-site training and installation assistance: Our team will provide comprehensive training and installation support at your facility, ensuring a seamless integration of the feeder into your production line.
