Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 250XED Stainless Steel Wash-Down Industrial Performance Friction Feeder, Wash-down Automatic Product Loader. The liquid filled pouches will be loaded onto the APL 2000-190 Automatic Product Loader by the operator to supply them to the feeder. Once the feeder receives a dry contact from your existing controller the feeder will dispense a single product. System Notes: -Due to the product not being uniform and flat, perfect feeding results should not be expected. -Pouches will at times break open from jamming due to the characteristics of the product. -Pneumatic shaker to aid in product separation/feeding. -The APL will be configured in-line with the feeder. Optional APL side entry is available. Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having tested all products. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. For some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Optional items: - Siko Feeder Adjustment to provide a readout of the stripper wheel height adjustment and the upper discharge. - Product index support to provide a scaled readout on the support curve. - Low Product Sensor and bracket to provide a low product warning (stack light required for visual display). - Stack light to show machines status from a glance.
Notes: Packaged Produce WO 2023083 10/5: Waiting on EE. Need control box and shortages. 9/28: Stand & APL built. Will start building feeder on 9/29. 9/27: Short APL Belt. WO calls out for 1-25mm. Not Due in until 2nd week in Oct. Jim stated to try a 50mm belt. 9/21: In production in queue. 9/14: Picked feeder. Need to send out for passivation. Rest of it will be picked after it comes back. 9/7: No change 8/31: Parts on order 8/24: One part left to order 8/17: Quoting parts in procurement 8/10: Processing in procurement 8/3: Done in ME. Will be moving it into final review. 7/27: still in ME 7/20: layout to be provided end of next week (7/28) 7/6: ME to provided modified part(s) - refer to ME folder in project docs for concept layout, please see Kevin if questions -KSJ 7/6: reviewed WO, sent to Mark B., and estimated ship date. -KSJ Need to go over it with Jim 6/29: No change.
