Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 103HSM Label Applicator The proposed label applicator will apply your labels to passing products on your existing base conveyor. Once the labeler detects a passing base product a label will be applied using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. Optional items: -Lead Screw for side to side adjustment for the labeler. -Straddle Mounting, extruded, Mounting frame -103 Spare Parts Kit Label Specifications: -The target placement accuracy for this project is +/- 0.5mm. -Iwai will add material the left and right side of the linear along with the center to improve the strength of the linear. -The labels will be provided on a roll with a 3" (76mm) ID core diameter with a maximum OD of 20" (508mm) -Both product and label samples must be provide for any guarantees Notes: -Iwai will mount the labeler to their line unless the optional lead screw and straddle mount are purchased. -This proposal is "budgetary" based on not having complete products and/or label for testing and/or Engineering review -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -The customer is responsible for the mounting of the labeler and product sensor provided by MFT -Product handling is the sole responsibility of the customer -The stated accuracy above is an estimate only. Samples must be provided for validation of accuracy. -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: , feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Failure to operate MFT equipment as outlined in the MFT provided manual can result in injury. MFT is not Responsible for the operation or modifications made to MFT equipment outside of the parameters of the manual. -MFT is not liable for damages and/or injuries due to operator negligence. -Service installation and training services are not included with this proposal.
