Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 250 IP3 FXED Friction Feeder w/ flexible discharge to feed cards into an Autobag machine up to 60 per minute. The Feeder separates your cards from an inclined stack and will transfer them into the flexible discharge. The flexible discharge has angled segments that are adjustable to allow the angle of the discharge to be set vertically to best transfer the pads from the feeder into the bag. A Pneumatic Shaker will be mounted onto the Rear Support Assembly of the feeder to reduce friction between the products as they are fed and to assist with product flow. Using the Standard Interface Cable Assembly, the APS bagging machine will signal the feeder to feed the product into the bagging machine, the feeder in turn will send back a cycle complete signal to the bagging machine. A Static Reduction Bar will be mounted over the discharge of the feeder to reduce static on the products as they travel on the discharge of the feeder. A Remote Keypad Assembly will allow the operator to control the feeder remotely. Note: -This is repeat order (#2022097) feeding the same product deeming this proposal "formal". -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Options Available: -Additional product set-up -Spare Parts Kit -Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly -Service Training and Installation Assistance
