Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 420 IP Series w/ XED (372mm) Driven Discharge assembly The driven discharges will receive products from your existing feeder and align to your web. The DD will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back, to accurately place the products at high speed. The products will be transferred to your web, using and seated to the web, with the use of your existing pressure rollers. Note: -This proposal is "budgetary" based on not having products for testing or Engineering review -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -The existing feeders you have (for this driven discharge) already have the High Performance and 1000 Watt Motor upgrades. -No mounting is included with the quote. -This proposal assumes that the customer (Japs Olson) will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Options Available: -Driven Pressure roller to aid the transfer from the feeder to your web.
