Project Scope: Featuring: APL 2000-190 Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity on your existing 250 feeder. Notes: -This proposal is "formal" as no product testing is required. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance -MFT will only test the functionality of the APL -APL to be in-line configuration only -MFT will not be setting up any products or providing a machine acceptance video - photos of the unit will be supplied prior to shipping
