Project Scope: Featuring: MFT Automation MHS 3 Axis Labeling System (4" wide LH Left Handed) and Low Toe Stand with Rollers The labeler applies a single label onto the product traveling on an existing Walco transport conveyor. The products will travel on your existing Walco transport conveyor. The labeler is to be mounted over the conveyor. The labeler is signaled to apply a label onto the backer card by a Photo Optic Start Sensor. The labeler, configured with Continuous Motion Accutipping control via an encoder (with wheel mounted on the Walco transport conveyor) monitors the conveyor speed and adjusted accordingly. Thus precisely and accurately placing a single label onto the product. This proposal includes the toggle arms to apply scratch off labels. Note: -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -Label Supply Roll = 20" OD x 3" ID Core -MFT will set-up and test one (1) label size. For some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested labels, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -Label placement should be similar to your existing system -This proposal assumes that the customer will install, and integrate the MHS Labeling Machine (LH) with the existing Walco transport conveyor -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Options available: -
