Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 600XED Hygienic Friction Feeder. The Feeder will separate and feed your corrugated products from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a start sensor detecting a passing lug on the customers conveyor. If a pizza isn't present, the feeder will not feed into that pocket via the skip sensor. The feeder uses the Accutipping Controller, with encoder feedback, to accurately place the product during ramp up and down along with any line speed changes. APL Dispense Height = 33.4" to 36.5" APL = 45° angle in relation to the feeder APL will angle in on the electrical side of the feeder, but this may change as they further the discussions with their customer Notes: -This proposal is "formal" with the assumption that the corrugated products are of standard industry design -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -A drawing will be provided after the system is ordered and after the design phase of the project. -The feeder will mount to a set height stand. -The customer is responsible for the integration and set up of the feeder -The customer must mount all MFT supplied sensors -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Optional Items: -90 degree upgrade which will come in over the mechanical side of the feeder. (90 degree kit not needed for inline operation). -Remote keypad if the APL comes in over the control panel of the feeder.

ME is looking into straightening it out. 2/23: APL is wired. 2/16: APL is built. Waiting on EE to wire. Feeder can be rebuild. 2/9: Cases are here. Parts have been delivered. 2/2: Feeder can be rebuilt once we get cases. Docking parts can go on at last minute. 1/26: Everything on order. 1/19: Still need to order a few parts. 1/12: Quoting parts. Ed tracking down hygienic levers 1/5: Processed and quoting parts. 12/8: Joel working on it. Trying to figure out docking for APL. 12/2: kickoff to ME. ME to make docking to have the APL dock to the feeder at a 45 degree angle (half way between inline and over electronics side) 12/1: Needs ME. Needs to be at top of priority list. 45 degree APL.
