Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 250XED IP Series Friction Feeder with an XED (187mm) discharge. The proposed system consists of a Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. Once a start sensor detects a passing lug on your system the feeder dispenses a product. The dispensed product will then be folded into a U-shape along the perforated lines with the folded flaps facing up. The fold will be approximately 90 degrees upon exiting the discharge. The fold angle will vary based on setup, product and score quality. The folding assembly has adjustments for left, right to allow for future capability. Notes: -This proposal is "budgetary" based on not having complete products for testing or Engineering review -This proposal includes the set up and testing of one (1) product only -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -The estimated range of the "U" fold assembly is ±1". -The feeder will be mounted by Waldrop to their existing line. -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance

Hoping to be out of ME in a week. 2/9: Redesigning in ME. Quite a bit to do. 2/2: Finished checking. Should be releasing next week from ME. 1/26: Checking drawings after Syntegon. Received signed layout from Waldrop. 1/19: Joel started yesterday. 1/12: waiting for resource. 1/5: Waiting for resource. 12/8: In ME queue. 12/1: Needs to get in engineering queue. 11/17: Needs kick off. 11/10: Received payment today. Needs to go into engineering queue.
