Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 550SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder The proposed system would begin with an operator loading the bags into the in feed hopper of the Friction Feeder. The feeder will be equipped with a vacuum discharge to expose the top surface of the products as they are fed. The bags will then flow under the Bell-Mark Thermal Transfer EP3 Printer before being placed into a magnetic catch tray. As a secondary application, an MFT Impresso Labeler with Tamp Applicator can be rolled over the discharge, after the printer, to apply a label up to 4 inches in width. Notes: -This proposal is formal for the feeding and print system due to the testing performed. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT Automation will mount the customer supplied Bell-Mark TTO printer, product sensor and encoder onto the discharge of the feeder. -MFT is not responsible for smearing, smudging and bad print due to product and ribbon incompatibility -Southwind Foods will have Bell-Mark come onsite, at their facility, to startup the printer and print onto the bags once the feeder is onsite (included in proposal) -MFT Automation will provide an Machine Acceptance video showing the bags being separated from a stack, printed, transported through the discharge of the feeder and into the Catch Tray. Additionally, the Shrimp Bags will be shown being labeled with the round label. -This proposal includes the set up and testing of two (2) Product sizes (the smallest and largest size)one (1) "Test" print code and One (1) Label combination each -The feeder is equipped with a 30" vertical in feed hopper but actual stack height is product dependent and cannot be determined until testing -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Options Available: -APL 1000-290 Automatic Product Loader (300mm width capability) to provide increased loading capacity horizontally - inline with feeder. -Additional Product Set Ups -MFT Service for Training and Installation Assistance

No change on everything else. 3/2: Everything on order 2/23: Quoting EE parts. 2/16: A few parts left to order. 2/9: Working on it in procurement. 2/2: Detailing in ME. Layout sent to customer earlier this week. 1/26: Waiting on Bell Mark mount. 1/19: Waiting for Bell Mark mount to put on feeder. They are providing printer mount. 1/12: Ed sent STEP file to Bellmark. waiting for Bellmark mount. 1/5: Started working on it. Need to change if wrong hand is called out for labeler. 12/8: Confirming label/print location. 12/2: Kickoff to ME. need label wind information from sales to determine L or R impresso. ME to put together layout drawing. Use welded frame for feeder with thermal printer and have labeler roll up on separate stand? Need to confirm bag feeding orientation to determine labeler orientation. 12/1: Need to do a kick off 11/17: Need down payment and then kick off.
