Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 250ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder w/Vacuum discharge (896mm long) and The Friction Feeder will separate and feed your products from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. The product is then transferred onto the Vacuum discharge to allow you to mount and integrate your printer and camera (not at MFT). The products will then be transferred into a belted driven discharge where it will be folded 180° using knife folding assemblies. As the product exits the discharge it will spring back open to approximately 90° to allow it to hang over the side of your product. Once the start sensor detects a passing lug the feeder will dispense a product. Note: -The system will be mounted onto an HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. -The alignment of the product onto the booklet in the lugged conveyor will be done by Thompson Direct. -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will set up and test one (1) product only
