Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 300XED Hygienic Washdown Friction Feeder The Friction Feeder will separate and feed your pizza top sheets from a stack of your sheets in the infeed hopper. The feeder will use MFT's Accutipping encoded controller to accurately place the top sheet to the passing pizza during line speed changes. The feeder will be mounted onto a cantilevered stand on rollers to allow the feeder to be added and removed from the line. Note: -MFT Automation will setup and test two (2) product sizes. The smallest and largest diameter will be tested -MFT Service Training and Installation Assistance is not included in this proposal. -No URS or Specifications have been submitted with this quote -The proposal assumes that the products can be successfully separated and feed at the rates quoted. Samples should be tested for compatibility prior to order.
