Project Scope: Featuring APL 2000-290 Automatic Product Loader; IP 350ED Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder; and 420ED Driven Discharge The proposed system consists of (2) high speed web tipping system. The system will start with an operator loading the APL 2000-290 Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity. The APL will supply a continual feed of product into the in feed hopper of the MFT IP 350ED Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder as the products are fed out. The products will be separated in the in feed hopper of the feeder by the vacuum feed belts and rotating stripper wheel action. As the products are fed through the discharge of the feeder they will be aligned to the repeat of your web and placed onto a Vacuum Driven Discharge. The products will then be fed into the MFT 420ED Driven Discharge assembly. The driven discharge assembly will be equipped with the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to provide accurate product placement onto your web. Once a photo eye senses a black registration mark on the side of your web the system will place a product. A motor driven pressure roller will aid the transfer from the feeder to the web to ensure accurate product placement.
