Project Scope: Featuring MFT IP 550SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder and MFT 150PA Print and Apply labeler The proposed system will separate and feed your flat paperboard cartons from a stack in the in feed hopper of the MFT IP 550SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder. As the products are individually transported down the discharge of the feeder, the MFT 150PA Print and Apply labeler will print and apply a label to the top surface. The labeled product will then be fed into the second conveyor section, a belted driven discharge. A second MFT 150PA Print and Apply unit will apply the second label. The finished products will be collected by the operator as they products exit. Note: -Since the product feed orientation is fixed, some of the labels will need to be rotated/converted on the rolls inline with the product feed direction. -Due to the unique shapes and product cut-outs, the products can only be fed in a single direction -Some product skew should be expected with this product -Label Placement will be ±2mm to ±5mm and is exclusive of product and/or label variations -Product conditioning will need to be done by the operator as the purple/white shape products are loaded -Service and Installation service are not included with this proposal but are available as an option -Includes the set-up and testing of Three (3) Products with One (1) Label combination each Optional items: -Additional Product and Label combination set-ups - Shingling Conveyor and Transfer Roller to collect the products as they exit.
