Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT Automation 250 IP3 FXED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder system with flexible discharge to feed cards into an Autobag machine at a rate of up to 60 per minute. The MFT 250 Friction Feeder will gently separate your cards from an inclined stack and will transfer them onto the 375mm (14.86") long flexible discharge of the feeder. The flexible discharge is equipped with segments that are angle adjustable with respect to one another to allow the angle of the discharge to be set vertically to best transfer the pads from the feeder into the bag. A Pneumatic Shaker will be mounted onto the Rear Support Assembly of the feeder to reduce friction between the products as they are fed and to assist with product flow. Using a Standard Interface Cable Assembly, the APS bagging machine will signal the feeder to feed the product into the bagging machine, the feeder in turn will send back a cycle complete signal to the bagging machine. This proposal assumes that Autobag will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the Autobag machine. Options available: Options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and standard feeder installation.

Mark N verifying shipping method 8/4: Setup used was a single 30mm rough feed belt track, single 30mm standard stripper wheel, metal magazine side plate/support rod brackets (required due to width of product), and 25R90 and 25L90 magazine side plates. Deeper side plates could be used, but they would make loading more difficult, and the lips would need to be removed to create clearance for the feed belt drive pulley. Despite the products being shorter than the pinch-to-pinch distance between the feed belt/stripper wheel pinch point and the upper/lower discharge belt pinch point we did not need bridge belts to feed the products reliably. 7/28: In production 7/21: have down payment. pulled, in production. 7/14: Still working on down payment. 7/7: No change.
