Project Scope: The proposed system would begin with the MFT IP 350SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder separating and feeding your round products. As the products travels through the discharge of the feeder the tape would be applied to the top surface of the product in the center of the circle. Once the feeder receives a start pulse from your controller the feeder will dispense a product. The product will be fed onto a flat plate with registration pegs for your existing robotic arm to process. An opening in the catch tray will be provided for you to mount a sensor for your robotic arm. The feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers.
