Project Scope: The proposed system would begin with an operator loading the bags into the in feed hopper of the MFT 550SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder. The feeder will be equipped with a vacuum discharge to expose the top surface of the products as they are fed. MFT Automation will mount the customer supplied Bell-Mark TTO printer into the discharge of the printer and the encoder. MNG City will have Bell-Mark come onsite, at their facility, to startup the printer and print onto the bags once the feeder is onsite. MFT Automation will provide an FAT video showing the bags being separated from a stack and transported through the discharge of the feeder but not printing onto the bags. This proposal is contingent on successful testing of samples. The feeder will come with a 30" vertical in feed hopper but actual stack height is product dependent. Optional items: APL 2000-290 Automatic Product Loader (300mm width capability) to provide increased loading capacity horizontally.
Notes: MNG City WO 2022059 7/21: Elliot and Micah making video today for marketing. In QA still trying to ship 7/22. preshipment money arriving today 7/14: Elliot working on it. Machine is running. Not running thermal printer. Might have to put on some banding straps. 7/7: Parts in inspection. Possibly issue with part. Then 2nd burn in before going to integration. 6/30: Waiting on part coming back from plating. In production waiting. 6/23: Missing parts. Looking better. 6/16: Haven't picked yet. Still waiting on parts. 6/9: No change. Parts will be tight for a June ship date 6/2: Pump shipping 6/21. 5/26: Waiting to get confirmed date on pumps. 5/19: No change. Pump on order 5/12: Vacuum blower only thing left. 5/5: Got Bell Mark printer in. Parts out middle of June. Many parts due 6/7. 4/28: Quoting parts. 4/21: Need to verify if we have customer approval. 4/14: Waiting for customer approval. 4/7: Done in engineering 3/31: Working on it in ME. 3/24: Gabe will be working on this at next opening 3/17: Received down payment. In ME queue. 3/10: Waiting for money
