Project Scope: The proposed system will consist of a MFT 600 Hygienic Wash-down Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your corrugated products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a start sensor detecting a passing lug. If a pizza isn't present the feeder will skip that pocket using the skip sensor. The system will use the Accutipping Controller, with encoder feedback, to accurately place the product during ramp up and down along with any line speed changes. The system will have a 2 meter long APL to provide bulk loading capacity along with a 90 degree upgrade which will come in over the electrical side of the feeder. The feeder will mount to a set height stand.

Should ship today. 6/23: Steve working on it in Integration. Side guide came in. Ready to do video this afternoon or tomorrow morning. Crates are in. 6/16: Got APL to track as of yesterday. Ready to integrate. 6/9: Issues with APL bed. Ordered new belts. Short parts 6/2: In production. Belts came in. 5/26: Waiting for belts. (next week) 5/19: In production 5/12: Waiting for belt for APL among other things. Have to modify guarding, etc. 5/5: In production. Waiting for stuff from shop. Switching APL config from left to right hand. 4/28: Parts due this week. 4/21: Quite a few items due next week. One part due in June (pin locking) 4/14: No change 4/7: No change 3/31: No change 3/24: No change 3/17: Processed, quoting parts 3/10: Should be done soon in ME. 3/9: waiting for signed layout. 3/3: In ME.
