Project Scope: The proposed equipment is for (2) MFT IP 250ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeders which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. Once a dry contact is received from your controller the feeder will dispense a product into your existing tray. The feeder will be equipped with FDA feed belts, stripper wheels and discharge belts and the rear support, magazine side guides and product support rods will be passivated. The feeder will be mounted by ATC Automation.
Notes: ATC Automation WO 20212011 12/16: Waiting for parts. Feeders are built. 12/9: In production. Feeders built. Waiting for parts to come back from passivation. 12/2: Trying to pull into December. Haven't pulled yet. 11/18: No update 11/11: Parts on order 11/4: Kicked off 10/28: Down payment check mailed on 10/21. Still waiting. 10/21: No Update 10/14: New order. Waiting for down payment.
